I am a published author, writer, poet, and creative who believes words have the power to heal. The page is one of the most honest mirrors we have and I want to explore that with you.

 

Writing has always been how I find myself. Long before I called myself an author, I was the girl filling pages with words that had nowhere else to go, words about life, about feeling things deeply, about trying to make sense of a world that does not always make sense. Writing was my mirror, my exhale, my most honest conversation with myself.

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, surrounded by the kind of nature that reminds you there is something bigger than all of it. That sense of the sacred has never left me. It shows up in my poetry, in the way I teach, in the community I am building — this belief that when we slow down enough to put pen to paper, something true always rises to the surface.

 

I am a published author, a poet, a Usui Reiki Master, and a group facilitator for both writing and healing circles. My debut poetry collection, Emerging Through the Shadows, The Journey of a Writer - poetry & musings,  was a 2025 Next Generation Indie Book Awards Finalist and in immense healing journey to write. The truth is, I didn’t write my book because I had everything figured out. I wrote it because I didn’t, and the page was the only place honest enough to hold all of it.

 

I want to create a platform that’s a community and a gathering place for writers at every level who are ready to use the page as a tool for healing, self-discovery, and growth. Whether you’ve been writing for decades or you have never once called yourself a writer, you belong here. The only requirement is a willingness to show up and see what is there.

 

On any given day you might find me writing, teaching, practicing Reiki, reading or hanging out somewhere green and quiet, or dreaming up the next workshop, podcast episode, or way to bring people together. I am still figuring it all out, just like you. And I genuinely believe that is exactly where the magic lives.
